💧Heavy Duty 3.14 oz Solid Brass Bulkhead Fitting, 1-1/8 inch female threaded all the way, install spigot on either end. Heavy Duty 1-1/8 inch No Kink Quarter Turn Solid Brass Ball Valve with Garden Hose Hook Up.
💧Bulkhead fittings need 1.10 inch diameter holes to install.Fit up to 0.4 inch thickness wall. Large 10mm Flow Opening, Great Flow Rate at Approx. 15 Second/Gallon or 4GPM, Tested with 2 ft Water.
💧Tools needed for installation: electric drill, 1-1/8 inch hole saw, and pipe wrench or adjustable wrench.
💧Two washers(8mm between inner ring and outer ring) are effective in preventing leakage.
How to Install
Step 1 : Drill a 1/8 inch hole.
Step 2 : Drop the fitting male piece inside.
Step 3 : Pick up the fitting from outside.
Step 4 : Tighten the nut with the wrench.
Step 5 : Wrap with thread tape on the rain barrel spigot.
Step 6 : Tighten the faucet clockwise.
