Honda Aquatrax custom open straight through exhaust pipe system! Professionally fabricated polished stainless steel open exhaust. It by-passes the restrictive stock exhaust system. This exhaust gives the Aquatrax F-12X a nice sound the awesome Honda motor deserves without being obnoxious. Better than the sewing machine sound these machines put out from the factory. This exhaust sounds awesome stock or  with a modded motor, we've ran it both ways. This exhaust offers better performance, throttle response, much lighter weight and obviously much better sound. Water cooled to keep it cool. The system is constructed of 304 stainless steel tubing & flange with high temp (400 degree) high quality silicone couplers & high quality T style stainless steel clamps. 3/8" custom water jacketed steel flange, laser cut and precision TIG welded to 3" stainless pipe. This system will last many years, even in salt water if properly cared for. These exhaust systems have been on the market for 4 years now and with around 300 sold
there are no signs of
degradation
. This kit will fit the F-12X Turbo and F-12 NON-Turbo's as well of all years (2002 - 2007).
I make a kit for the R-12X as well.
This is a bolt on mod easily installed by 'DIYers' with a few common mechanics tools in about an hour or two. No drilling, cutting or welding. No mods or mapping are needed for your ski to run this, it is plug and
play.
If you wish you can go back to your stock exhaust at any time with no issues. Everything you need including basic
installation
instructions comes in the kit.

blue
but you might receive black couplers if our supplier is out of blue.
