Item Description
This rugged, reconditioned 55 gallon polyethylene drum comes in a black color to block light and help reduce the growth of algae. The RainBarrel has a locking ring and lid to prevent children, pets and wildlife from entering the barrel. The threaded brass spigot can be easily connected to a garden or soaker hose. A flexible and expandable inlet spout connects to your downspout. This spout assures that the most rain reaches the drum and refills with each rainfall. The completed rain barrel has a rear overflow valve which also can be connected to a garden hose to divert water to your garden or other areas.
Rainfall is soft water with no chemicals like some municipal systems and no minerals as many home wells contain. Excellent for your garden, shrubs, flowers and potted plants. A ¼ inch rain collected from a 1000 square foot roof will provide over 150 gallons of nature’s finest plant nourishment. The rain barrel saves water for a non-rainy day. The rain barrel ships with accessories and instructions. Assembly time and setup at your downspout requires approximately 30 minutes. These barrels will have slight variations in width and height and often show scuffs and scratches from their previous journeys.

Returns
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy for most of our products. You can request a refund if you are dissatisfied for any reason with your product. Only factory defects are accepted as a reason for a return. In the case of factory defects, if available, we will replace the product for you. When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items. All returns MUST be done within 30 days of date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 30 day limit has expired.
